1. Your discount says 40% off invitations is that just for the invitations?
No, for most companies this discount will also apply to responds cards, reception cards, thank you notes, informal notes, lined envelopes and return address.

2. You offer a 30% discount off wedding accessories what are wedding accessories?
bookmarks, cake servers, cake tops, ceremony essentials, coaster, decorations, favors, garters, favors, glassware, guest & memory albums, matches, notepads, napkins, pens, pillows, baskets, placecards, Reception Essentials, ribbons, bows, seals, thank you scrolls, unity candles, unique products, value sets, and much more.....

3. Does your invitations have thermography print or raised print?
Yes, all items but the envelopes have the raised print. The envelopes have flat print because the method used to make the print raise will then not let your envelopes seal unless you use a glue stick.

4. Why is your discount for Invitations and Accessories so great what is the Hidden deal?
We do not have a hidden deal. We are an Invitation and Accessories Company that is our business and we make it our business to bring you beautiful top brand NAME COMPANIES at affordable prices.

5. My local bridal shop or printer told be not to order on line that all I will have is problems?
Yes, I guess if we were a higher priced shop we would also have to tell people that so we could get orders. Of course they are going to tell you that and yes there are other on-line companies that don't even place orders they receive. At Uptown Downtown Shopping we are not one of those companies in fact we are a top dealer with very good standing with all the lines we feature.

6. Will I get the same invitation I saw in the album?
Yes, If you saw invitation 341 and ordered 341 on line it is the same invitation. The same quality invitation that you saw in the book is the same invitation you will receive.

7. The number in the album is R3424 on line it looks like the invitation S3678 is the same is this correct.
NO, if you saw invitation R3424 in the album on line it would maybe be S3424. The only thing that changes is the letters in front. They do this to track were orders are coming from if the number is total different as it is in this case do not order it. You will be ordering the wrong invitation.

8. Your discount is so cheap am I getting a less quality invitation or one that is a second?
NO WAY, We do not play that game you are getting a better discount because we are a nicer company. We take the savings we receive and pass it on to you the customer instead of keeping it for ourselves.

9. My bridal store told me your prices are cheaper because you give a bad product?
Ask your bridal store the following questions:
1. Are they a dealer for the line of invitation in question. Example: Are you a Carlson Craft Dealer?
2. Your next question should be .... Will Carlson Craft (or any company you have in question) print my invitation?
If they answer yes to both these questions then both the local company and Uptown Downtown Shopping are offering you the EXACT SAME PRODUCT. It is your choice how much you pay.

10. How long does it take?
Most orders take 2 1/2 weeks or less to receive with ground shipping. To see a better time table please see the company inquisitions page. Example Birchcraft

11. How much is shipping?
Most of the sites will allow you to pick your shipping options and the cost. Most orders the shipping is $7.00 to $15.00. We do not add large shipping costs to make up for the discount. Please see the companies home page to get a better idea on how much the shipping is for this company.

12. Will I be charged any extra fees or large shipping because your price is so low?
Again our answer is NO our shipping costs are that shipping costs. What they charge us to ship to you we charge you the same price we make NO MONEY on shipping. We also do not tax on a fee for using our site and getting such a great discount. We do charge state tax to any one living in the state of PA.

13. When will my order be processed?
We process orders daily at 6 AM Eastern time. On some days we will then process again in the afternoon.

14. I have a problem with my order and your phone line says you are closed. What do I do?
Send us an email our email service is open all the time we may take a few hours to get back to you but even when the office is closed we have people behind the scene making sure our customers are well taken care of.

15. The printers made a mistake and printed something wrong. Will I have to pay to have it reprinted?
No, If it is the printers error they will reprint the item for free. To see more about this check out our return policy below.

16. I put my order in on Saturday night and Choice overnight shipping when can I expect my order?
Your order will be processed either Sunday or Monday morning. The printers will get your order on monday most of them print orders in 1-3 days then ship.

17. I picked overnight shipping on Monday night it is Wednesday why do I not have my order?
Overnight Shipping is the shipping time it has nothing to do with the order processing and printing time.

Return Policy
No returns for printed items or engraved items. Items printed in error by printer will be reprinted for free if the error is the printers mistake. There is no cash or credit refunds for items printed incorrectly by printer since they will be reprinted for free by printer. If the print error is the customers you can have the item reprinted for an additional charge.

We are not responsible for printers error or the time it takes them to reprint the item and get it back to you.
